The recognition scope for rural prosperity leaders includes pioneers in agricultural technology promotion, leaders in expanding agricultural product markets, individuals driving industrial integration and development, and those leading income growth, essentially talents who play a significant demonstrative and driving role across various agricultural sectors.

For those designated as rural prosperity leaders, the province will provide multiple forms of support. These measures include priority access to subsidies and incentives, grants for rural infrastructure construction, support for developing distinctive industries, assistance for entrepreneurship and employment, backing for rural e-commerce, guarantees for basic production factors, training to enhance entrepreneurial capabilities, and monetary rewards for development. The aim is to fully leverage the leading role of these prosperity leaders in effectively participating in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, promoting rural economic and social development, and guiding surrounding communities toward common prosperity, thereby aggregating outstanding talent to serve the overarching goal of rural revitalization.
