On the evening of September 30, Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited (688256.SH) issued an announcement on litigation progress. Liang Jun, the company's former deputy general manager, revised his claims in a labor dispute case, raising the claimed amount for equity incentive losses from the previous 4.287 billion yuan to 27.832 billion yuan.

Liang Jun left Cambricon in early 2022, and the two sides became involved in a dispute over equity incentive repurchase matters. In the six previous equity incentive-related lawsuits involving Liang Jun, all ended in Liang Jun's defeat. The equity repurchase case has now entered the compulsory enforcement stage.

The 27.832 billion yuan in this instance is Liang Jun's unilateral claim. The case has been filed but has not yet gone to trial.

Cambricon stated that this compensation claim is inconsistent with the provisions of the shareholding plan and the determinations in effective judicial documents, and the company will actively respond to the lawsuit.

This litigation will not affect the company's research and development or daily operations. The company will promptly disclose subsequent case developments and reminds investors to pay attention to risks.
