SD GOLD (Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd.) announced that its controlled subsidiary, Shanjin International Gold Co., Ltd., has resubmitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) for the issuance and listing of overseas-listed shares (H shares) on the Main Board. The updated filing was lodged on 27 March 2026, and draft application documents were simultaneously uploaded to the HKEX website.

According to the disclosure, the submitted materials comply with the requirements of both the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and HKEX, but remain subject to further updates or amendments. SD GOLD and Shanjin International will provide timely updates on subsequent developments.

The announcement does not constitute an offer to purchase or subscribe for Shanjin International’s H shares. Investors are advised to be mindful of related risks and to refrain from making investment decisions based solely on the current draft documentation.
