Huaibei GD Keeps Share Capital and Float Steady in May 2026 Monthly Return

Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (Huaibei GD) has reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

The company’s registered share capital closed the period unchanged at RMB 264.00 million, split into: • H Shares: 66.00 million shares at RMB 1 par value, representing RMB 66.00 million. • Domestic Shares: 198.00 million shares at RMB 1 par value, representing RMB 198.00 million.

Issued share figures were similarly stable. Huaibei GD ended May with 66.00 million H shares and 198.00 million domestic shares outstanding, all free of treasury holdings. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month, and the total issued share count remains 264.00 million.

The company confirmed that its H-share public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement. Additionally, there were no outstanding share option grants, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity‐linked arrangements reported for the period.

Chairman and Executive Director Liu Yong affirmed that all regulatory obligations, including those under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant PRC corporate regulations, have been met. The monthly return was submitted to HKEX on 1 June 2026.
