The board of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618) has announced that the Chongqing监管局 of the National Financial Regulatory Administration has officially approved the qualification of Mr. Liu Xiaojun to serve as a director and chairman.
The board hereby announces that Mr. Liu Xiaojun has assumed the position of the Bank's Chairman and Executive Director, with his term commencing on January 8, 2026, and lasting until the expiration of the current board's tenure.
