MEIG (03268) Sets 30 Mar 2026 EGM to Confirm Ernst & Young as 2025 Auditor

MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (MEIG, 03268) will hold its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026 on 30 March 2026 at 3:00 p.m., located on the 32nd Floor, Block B, Shenzhen International Innovation Center, 1006 Shennan Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, PRC.

The sole ordinary resolution to be tabled seeks shareholder approval for the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company’s auditor for the 2025 financial year. If approved, the appointment will take effect immediately after the EGM and last until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, with management authorised to negotiate and fix the related remuneration.

Shareholders of H Shares recorded on the register as of the close of business on 25 March 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote. The H Share register will be closed from 25 March 2026 to 30 March 2026 (both dates inclusive). Transfer documents and share certificates must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 24 March 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting rights.

Proxy forms, accompanied by notarised authorisations where applicable, must be deposited at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 3:00 p.m. on 29 March 2026.

The meeting is expected to conclude within half a day; attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation expenses.
