Marvell Technology (MRVL) shares surged 5.09% in pre-market trading on Monday, extending gains as market enthusiasm for the company's newly launched AI memory infrastructure products continues to build.
The positive momentum follows the early August unveiling of the Bravera SC6 solid-state drive controller, Structera X memory expansion platform, and Photonic Fabric optical interconnect architecture. These products have bolstered confidence in Marvell's positioning within the AI data center ecosystem, with the stock having already jumped over 13% in a single session earlier this month.
In addition, the options market has shown a surge in bullish bets, with millions in call spreads and out-of-the-money CALL purchases recorded. Analysts maintain buy ratings with an average price target of $264.65, ahead of the company's Q4 earnings report expected on August 27.
