iDreamSky Releases 2025 ESG Report; Intensifies AI Deployment, Reports 398 tCO₂e Emissions

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (iDreamSky) published its eighth Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing 2025 progress across compliance, product innovation, human capital and environmental performance.

Key strategic themes • Dual-engine model—self-developed titles and overseas high-quality game publishing—remained central, backed by expanded AI applications in R&D, localisation, customer service and sentiment monitoring. • The Board directs ESG strategy through an internal working group; ESG metrics are integrated into operational targets and OKR systems.

Governance and compliance • Zero-tolerance stance on bribery, fraud and money-laundering; no major corruption cases were recorded in 2025. • All suppliers (sign-up rate 100%) executed anti-bribery and confidentiality agreements; 76 suppliers were active during the year.

Product responsibility and data security • Minor-protection measures include real-name authentication, gameplay time caps and parental controls. • Flagship title “Strinova” banned 17,560 cheating accounts and sanctioned 120,878 players for negative behaviour. • No personal-data leakage incidents occurred; annual disaster-recovery drills were completed.

Human capital • Workforce totalled 654 employees: 62.08 % male and 37.92 % female; female representation in management reached 37.21 %. • Average training: 3.01 hours per employee; management staff averaged 5.65 hours. • Employee turnover stood at 27.95 %, with zero work-related fatalities or injuries reported.

Environmental footprint • Scope 1 emissions: 21.47 tCO₂e; Scope 2: 376.84 tCO₂e; total 398.31 tCO₂e, equal to 0.61 tCO₂e per employee. • Energy consumption: 776.68 thousand kWh, or 1.19 thousand kWh per employee; water use: 5,084.88 m³. • Hazardous waste: 34.32 kg; non-hazardous waste: 300 kg. • Ongoing five-year targets aim to cut electricity and water use via energy-efficient equipment, cloud optimisation and staff awareness campaigns.

Community and awards • Public-welfare spending reached RMB0.93 million, supporting rural revitalisation, tree planting and youth digital-literacy programmes. • Recognitions included “Best ESG Innovation Award” (Zhitong Finance) and designation as a “National Key Enterprise in Cultural Export.”

iDreamSky plans to further embed climate-related metrics into strategy and to develop quantitative decarbonisation targets beyond scope 1 and 2 emissions.
