CHALCO Announces Resignation of Board Secretary Zhu Dan; Liang Minghong Appointed as Replacement

CHALCO (02600) has issued an announcement that, due to work requirements, Ms. Zhu Dan has submitted her resignation as the company's Board Secretary, effective from the date of this announcement.

Following her resignation, Ms. Zhu Dan will continue to serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.

The company's 17th meeting of the ninth Board of Directors, held on October 29, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Liang Minghong as the company's Board Secretary.

As Mr. Liang Minghong has not yet obtained the Board Secretary qualification training certificate from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, before he obtains the said training certificate, the company's Chairman Mr. He Wenjian will temporarily perform the duties of the Board Secretary on his behalf.
