Grand Pharmaceutical Announces Transition to Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Grand Pharmaceutical Group Limited informed registered shareholders of the release of its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.grandpharm.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

To align with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s revised Listing Rule 2.07, effective 31 December 2023, Grand Pharmaceutical has formally adopted an electronic-first approach for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default; instead, shareholders can retrieve documents online.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may request them free of charge. The request must be submitted to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, either by mail to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or via email at grandpharma.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The company is actively soliciting shareholders’ email contact details to facilitate timely notifications. Investors can provide or update their email by scanning a personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form. Absent a functional email address, shareholders must manually check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates; actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in print.

Shareholders who wish to continue receiving printed copies of future communications may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing the share registrar. Such instructions remain valid for one year from receipt.
