Bulletin Express04-29

Future World Holdings Limited (FW Holdings) announced on 29 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the Circular, and the Proxy Form for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been published on both the company’s website (www.fw-holdings.com) and the HKEXnews platform of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for physical mailings will receive printed copies automatically. The board—chaired by Wang Qian—encourages stakeholders to utilise the digital versions to support environmental sustainability. Shareholders can, at any time and free of charge, switch between electronic access and hard-copy receipt (English, Chinese, or bilingual) by submitting a signed Change Request Form to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Requests for additional printed copies of the current corporate communications may be made via email (fwfh.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by post to the registrar, quoting the shareholder’s name and address. Telephone enquiries are handled on +852 2862 8555 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification reiterates the company’s commitment to timely disclosure and environmentally responsible communication practices ahead of its upcoming annual general meeting.
