On April 24, the People's Bank of China Tongchuan Branch issued a penalty decision showing that the Yintai District Rural Credit Cooperative in Tongchuan City was given a warning and fined 352,000 yuan for violating regulations on financial statistics, credit reporting, currency and precious metals, and anti-money laundering.
