SF Intra-City Buys Back 0.05% of Outstanding H-Shares for HK$3.60 Million

Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) disclosed that it repurchased 430,600 H-shares on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$8.30 to HK$8.40, with a volume-weighted average of HK$8.36, for a total consideration of HK$3.60 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.05% to 741.47 million. • Treasury shares rose to 4.14 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 745.61 million.

The buyback was executed under the existing mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorises SF Intra-City to repurchase up to 74.25 million shares. Including the latest purchase, the company has repurchased 1.02 million shares, equivalent to 0.11% of the share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, SF Intra-City is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 2 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this repurchase.
