The filing shows that BlackRock Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree, conducted six on-market trades in ENN Energy shares on 19 May 2026 for discretionary investment clients.
BlackRock purchased an aggregate 196,500 shares and sold 10,793 shares, resulting in a net acquisition of 185,707 shares. Transaction prices ranged from HK$59.00 to HK$59.29 per share, with total purchase consideration of approximately HK$11.62 million and sale proceeds of about HK$0.64 million, implying a net cash outflow of roughly HK$10.98 million.
After the transactions, BlackRock’s holding in ENN Energy increased to 67.51 million shares, representing 5.9643 % of the company’s issued share capital, compared with 5.9583 % before the trades.
The disclosure was made pursuant to Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers amid the ongoing scheme-of-arrangement privatisation process for ENN Energy.
