周四，被解雇的员工在旧金山联邦法院提起了一起集体诉讼。美国联邦《工人调整和再培训通知法案》规定公司如果要进行大规模裁员，必须提前至少60天发出通知，而员工们称推特显然没有遵循这一法案。

该诉讼要求法院发布命令，要求推特遵守上述法案，并限制推特要求员工签署可能放弃参与诉讼权利的文件。
