Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited (KB Laminates) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.10, equivalent to HKD2.00 billion.

Issued Share Capital and Public Float • Issued share count stayed at 3.14 billion shares, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month. • KB Laminates affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Share Option Position • Two tranches of employee share options were outstanding at month-end: – 36.40 million options exercisable at HKD9.728, granted on 23 June 2022. – 21.08 million options exercisable at HKD7.80, granted on 28 July 2023. • Total outstanding options: 57.48 million, representing potential issuance of the same number of shares. • The overall limit for shares that could be issued under all option schemes stood unchanged at 196.30 million.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute the share base, and there were no repurchases or redemptions during the month.

Compliance Confirmation • Company Secretary Ng Mei Kam Kennis certified that all share-related activities complied with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other applicable regulations as of 30 April 2026.
