A student from Shanghai University Affiliated High School has secured a spot on China's national team for the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) after an outstanding performance in the national selection process.

Li Wenbo, a student at Shanghai University Affiliated High School, recently competed in the Chinese national selection for the IOAI. He emerged from a pool of over 200 participants from 94 top high schools across the country, achieving a place in the top 10% nationwide. He also won the Best Individual Model Award and was selected for the 2026 third IOAI Chinese national team.
