Yancoal Australia Ltd. (YANCOAL AUS) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 31 July 2026, confirming a steady share structure and adherence to Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.

At month-end, the company reported 1.32 billion ordinary shares in issue, unchanged from the previous month, with zero treasury shares recorded. Throughout July, Yancoal Australia undertook no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, option exercises, warrant conversions, or other equity movements.

The filing confirms that the existing public float continues to meet the HKEX’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 15.37% of issued shares. All regulatory and listing-rule obligations related to any prior securities transactions remain satisfied, according to the company’s declaration signed by Company Secretary Laura Ling Zhang on 3 August 2026.

No Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, share option grants, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the reporting month.
