The company provides comprehensive TCM medical services to individual clients, standardized management services to institutional clients, and a variety of pharmaceutical and other related products.

The company integrates medical treatment with wellness, offering modern and customized TCM healthcare services. It combines TCM pharmacological treatments with non-pharmacological therapies, delivering standardized management and tailored treatment plans to meet diverse client needs.

According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on projected total outpatient and inpatient visits for 2025, TONGRENTANGCARE is the largest TCM hospital group in China's non-public TCM hospital services sector, holding a 1.5% market share. During the same period, based on total revenue, the company ranks second in the non-public TCM hospital services industry with a 0.2% market share. The market size of this sector accounts for 54.9% of the overall Chinese TCM healthcare services market in the same year.
