HANXBIO-B repurchases 29,500 H-shares for HKD 0.85 million, treasury stock climbs to 1.79 million shares

Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (HANXBIO-B) disclosed a share buy-back on 6 July 2026, purchasing 29,500 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 28.60 to HKD 29.20, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 28.96 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.85 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.022 % to 134.43 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 1.79 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 136.22 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 24 June 2026, which authorises HANXBIO-B to buy back up to 13.47 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 267,800 shares, representing 0.1988 % of the company’s issued shares on the approval date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 5 August 2026.
