West Texas Intermediate crude for April delivery spiked $1.44 or 2.0 percent to $75.39 a barrel.Closer to home, Singapore will see January numbers for industrial production later today, with forecasts suggesting a decline of 0.1 percent on month and an increase of 2.9 percent on year.
