• Transactions: – Sold 13,900 shares at HK$62.80 each. – Sold 7,998 shares at HK$62.7994 each. – Purchased 283,800 shares at HK$62.6896 each.

• Resulting position: Wellington Management now holds 62.77 million shares, equal to 5.55 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital.
