RIMAG GROUP (02522) announced that the company intends to grant 6.13 million H-share reward shares to selected incentive recipients. The grant is based on the terms and conditions of the Share Reward Scheme and individual performance evaluation results. The recipients of this grant include 51 group employees, comprising four company directors and three supervisors from major subsidiaries of the group.
