China Fortune releases 2025 annual report; shareholders encouraged to switch to electronic communication

Bulletin Express04-29

On 30 April 2026, China Fortune Holdings Limited (“China Fortune”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.chinafortune.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders access the online documents and opt for electronic delivery of all future corporate and actionable communications. To facilitate this, the company will notify registered shareholders by email once new materials are posted—provided a valid email address is on file.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties in receiving email notifications or accessing the online documents may request free hard-copy versions. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (using the prepaid label) or by email (110-ecom@vistra.com).

China Fortune emphasises that maintaining a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until such an address is supplied, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services via telephone at +852 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The notice was authorised by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lau Siu Ying on behalf of the board of China Fortune Holdings Limited.
