On Wednesday, April 15, the three major A-share indices opened collectively higher. The Shanghai Composite Index opened 0.32% higher, the Shenzhen Component Index started up 0.66%, and the ChiNext Index opened with a gain of 1.06%. The CSI 300 Index began the session up 0.5%, erasing its losses since the outbreak of the Iran conflict.
The Hong Kong Hang Seng Index opened 1.14% higher, while the Hang Seng Tech Index advanced 2.26%. JD.com saw an increase of nearly 6%, and Baidu rose close to 5%.
