This compares to an annual loss of approximately HK$320 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (FY2024). The anticipated reduction in loss for the current year is primarily attributable to two factors. Firstly, the fair value loss on investment properties decreased significantly to approximately HK$67.308 million for FY2025, down from about HK$281 million in FY2024. Secondly, the write-down of property inventories was substantially reduced to around HK$873,000 for FY2025, compared to HK$151 million in FY2024.
