Horizon Together is wholly owned by Horizon Robotics. Horizon Robotics, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 9660), is a market-leading provider of intelligent assisted driving solutions for passenger vehicles. The company's solutions integrate leading algorithms, specialized software, and advanced processing hardware, providing core technological support for basic assisted driving and full-scene assisted driving. MINIEYE has deep collaboration with Horizon Robotics in the development of intelligent assisted driving solutions and L4 unmanned logistics vehicle solutions; the Group's assisted driving domain controller products, developed based on Horizon Robotics' Journey series processing hardware, have achieved mass production and deployment in vehicles, covering multiple leading domestic and international passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Horizon Together informed the Board that the decision to increase its stake stems from the foundation of years of cooperation between its parent company, Horizon Robotics, and MINIEYE, reflecting long-term confidence in the Group's future business development prospects and recognition of the company's important value within the Horizon Robotics ecosystem; furthermore, both parties look forward to mutual empowerment through technology and resources to jointly accelerate the rapid development of the L4 unmanned logistics vehicle business.
