China Frontier Technology Group (abbrev. CH FRONTIER TEC) reported that every motion tabled at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 June 2026 was approved by poll with full shareholder backing.
The meeting covered nine ordinary resolutions, including:
• Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Re-election of executive directors Ms. Zhang Yingzhao and Ms. Ren Song, and independent non-executive director Ms. Peng Xiaoliu.
• Authorisation for the Board to fix directors’ remuneration.
• Re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as external auditor with Board-determined remuneration.
• Renewal of general mandates permitting the Board to repurchase shares, issue new shares, and extend the issue mandate by the amount of shares repurchased.
Voting details show 41.70 million shares—representing 100% of votes cast—supporting each resolution, with zero votes against. At the meeting date, the company had 190.29 million shares in issue, all of which were eligible to vote. No shareholders were required to abstain, and none declared any intention to oppose or abstain ahead of the meeting.
The AGM was convened by the Board, with executive directors Ms. Ren Song and Ms. Zhang Yingzhao, alongside independent non-executive directors Ms. Gao Wenjuan, Ms. Leung Hiu Man and Ms. Peng Xiaoliu, attending in person or via teleconference.
The unanimous endorsement reinforces management continuity and provides the Board with renewed flexibility for share repurchases and capital issuance under refreshed mandates.
