Hang Lung PPT releases 2025 Annual and Sustainability Reports; AGM scheduled for 30 Apr 2026

Hang Lung Properties Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of the following corporate documents are now available on both the company’s website (www.hanglung.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk):

1. 2025 Annual Report 2. Circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting 3. Proxy Form

Printed copies in the selected language(s) have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials.

The company confirmed that its annual general meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 April 2026, in the Grand Ballroom, Lower Lobby, Conrad Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is available exclusively in electronic form via the same websites. Shareholders who require a printed copy may submit a written request to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a valid email address to their respective intermediaries; those preferring printed versions can return the enclosed reply form to the share registrar.
