Build King Publishes 2026 Interim Report; Sets Out Digital and Print Access Arrangements

Bulletin Express09-18

On 21 September 2026, Build King Holdings Limited released its Interim Report 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now available on the company website (www.buildking.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders use the web-based version for immediate access to the current and all future corporate communications. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will find a hard copy of the Interim Report enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders without reliable email access—or those who prefer physical documentation—can request printed copies of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications free of charge. To do so, they must complete the reply form provided and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or email the request to buildking240-ecom@vistra.com.

Build King underscores shareholders’ responsibility to provide a functional email address. Until an address is supplied, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched only in printed form.

Enquiries should be directed to Tricor Investor Services via the hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
