An adjustment to refined oil product prices has been announced, with a reduction taking effect in Anhui province.
According to a notice from the provincial development and reform commission, the new, lower prices for gasoline and diesel are scheduled to commence at midnight today.
Following this adjustment, the price for 92-octane gasoline is set at 8.30 yuan per liter, while 95-octane gasoline will be 8.88 yuan per liter. The price for 0-grade diesel has been adjusted to 8.08 yuan per liter.
For a typical family car with a 50-liter fuel tank, filling up with 92-octane gasoline will now cost approximately 20.5 yuan less.
The notice also includes a detailed table outlining the maximum wholesale and retail prices for the various grades of gasoline and diesel within the province.
In line with national regulations, the pricing for 98-octane gasoline will be independently determined by oil production and marketing enterprises based on prevailing market conditions.
