WK GROUP (02535) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 25, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board resolved to appoint Opus International as the new auditor, effective from the same date, to fill the vacancy left by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
