The board of China Mobile Limited (SEHK: 00941) has announced a key leadership appointment. Following a proposal from the company's nomination committee and subsequent deliberation and approval by the board, Mr. Chen Yangfan has been appointed as an executive director and chief executive officer of the company.
In addition to these roles, Mr. Chen will also serve as a member of the Sustainable Development Committee. This appointment is set to take effect from June 16, 2026.
