Bulletin Express04-28

On 29 April 2026, China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (Datang Renew) released a reminder to non-registered shareholders confirming the full transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications. The notice refers to the original 30 April 2024 circular that outlined the change in delivery method.

All future materials—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in English and Chinese on the company website (www.cdt-re.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic communications under the Hong Kong Listing Rules should supply an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents can complete the reply form on the reverse side of the notice and return it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email datangrenew.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, postal address and preferred language version (English, Chinese, or both).

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688 between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The reminder was issued under the authority of Joint Company Secretary Zou Min.
