PICC P&C announced that on April 8, 2026, the company's board of directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Jiang Caishi. Mr. Jiang resigned from his positions as an executive director and vice president of the company, effective the same day, as he has reached retirement age. Concurrently, his roles as a member of the Board's Strategic Planning/Sustainable Development Committee, the Board's Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee (Asset-Liability Management and Investment Decision Committee), and the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee were automatically relinquished.
