Recently, the first batch of achievements from the "Smart Manufacturing Standards Application Pilot" program, comprising ten major standard clusters, was announced. The "Digital Workshop Construction Standard Cluster" from Shenyang Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. and the "Intelligent Factory Construction and Operation Standard Cluster" from Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd. were selected for inclusion.
Since 2022, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have organized two rounds of standards application pilots, cultivating 135 pilot projects. These efforts focus on promoting the construction and application of "Smart Manufacturing Standards Application Pilot Standard Clusters" around key industries and typical scenarios. Based on a review of pilot outcomes and following expert evaluation, the first batch of ten major "standard cluster" achievements was formed.
The "standard clusters" are driven by specific scenarios, systematically integrating and collaboratively implementing various levels of standards scattered across design, production, management, and data processes. By coordinating and applying national, industry, association, and enterprise standards, the approach shifts from "single standard constraints" to "systematic standard support." This effectively enhances the relevance and implementability of standard provision, supporting the large-scale replication and promotion of smart manufacturing experience and the coordinated development of industrial chains. The selection of Siasun and Shengu Group demonstrates the practical efforts of Liaoning enterprises in leading high-quality development through standards and contributing to the building of a manufacturing powerhouse.
Siasun's "Digital Workshop Construction Standard Cluster" was selected in the industrial robotics field standard cluster. Relying on a new robot standard system, it deeply explores the path of robot industry development through technology patenting, patent standardization, and standard commercialization. This has formed a complete industrial chain integrating independent core technologies, core components, core products, and industry-specific system solutions.
Shengu Group's "Intelligent Factory Construction and Operation Standard Cluster" was selected in the high-end equipment field standard cluster. Through standardized construction, it vigorously promotes the systematic application and collaborative implementation of standards across all stages of smart manufacturing. This has enabled the digital transformation of core workshops and online control of the entire process involving "man, machine, material, method, and environment," significantly improving the processing efficiency of core components and the overall efficiency of key equipment.
A relevant person in charge at Siasun explained that the implementation and application of the "Digital Workshop Standard Cluster" can accelerate the intelligentization of warehouse logistics, production equipment, and operational management in digital workshops. It notably enhances equipment operation efficiency and product production efficiency, reduces resource waste, and fully leverages the supportive role of standards in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and leading innovation-driven development.
It is reported that, as the head unit of the China Robot Standardization General Group, Siasun has successively completed multiple smart manufacturing standard, technology R&D, and application demonstration pilot projects. These include the national high-end equipment manufacturing standardization pilot, NQI special project research on key international standards for smart manufacturing and robot key technology standards, and comprehensive smart manufacturing standardization.
