Bama Tea Appoints Hu Qianru as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Bama Tea (06980) has announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has tendered his resignation due to other work arrangements, stepping down from his roles as (i) joint company secretary of the Company and (ii) authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective November 4, 2026.

Ms. Hu Qianru, who possesses the qualifications stipulated under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective November 4, 2026.

Meanwhile, Mr. Wang Wenlong and Mr. Wang Kunheng will each continue to serve as the other joint company secretary and the other authorized representative, respectively.
