EPRINT GROUP (01884) has announced that on May 4, 2026, its subsidiary, Baonuoshi, as the lessee, entered into a new lease agreement with Canon, as the lessor, for machinery and equipment. The lease term is from June 2026 to May 2028. The total cost under the new lease agreement is HK$3.36 million. The equipment consists of one imagePRESS V1000 and one ImagePRESS Server D3000. The Group has consistently used digital printing equipment with similar specifications to provide printing services to its customers in Hong Kong. The Board of Directors believes that entering into the new lease agreement will allow the Group to maintain and, where appropriate, enhance its production capacity, while also improving the efficiency and quality of its printing services to meet its business needs. Considering the specifications and functions of the equipment, as well as the cost of similar machinery in the market, the Board considers the terms of the new lease agreement to be on normal commercial terms and fair and reasonable.
