Sinco Pharmaceuticals Holdings Limited announced on 21 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website and the company’s own site (www.sinco-pharm.com). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.
The board reiterated that, further to its 16 January 2024 notification, Sinco Pharma has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all corporate communications. Future documents—including annual and interim reports, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed exclusively online unless shareholders expressly request printed versions.
To ensure seamless delivery of “Actionable Corporate Communications”, shareholders are urged to register a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Shareholders who do not supply an email address will continue to receive printed actionable communications until electronic details are provided.
Investors preferring hard copies may still opt in by notifying the share registrar or emailing sinco.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such instructions remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.
