Haidilao (06862) announced that, effective January 13, 2026: Mr. Gou Yiqun has resigned from his positions as an executive director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company; Ms. Song Qing has resigned from her positions as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee; Ms. Gao Jie has resigned from her position as an executive director. Ms. Li Nana, Ms. Zhu Yinhua, Ms. Jiao Defeng, and Ms. Zhu Xuanyi have been appointed as executive directors of the company; Mr. Zhang Yong, the company's Board Chairman and an executive director, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer; and Ms. Li Nana has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee.
