The meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at Jing’an International Plaza, 1508 Xinzha Road, Jing’an District, Shanghai.

Two ordinary resolutions are slated for shareholder approval:

1. Election of Mr. Guo Ju as a non-executive Director of the Company. 2. Approval of the Company’s interim profit distribution for 2026.

H-share investors unable to attend may appoint the Chairman of the Meeting or another designated proxy. Completed proxy forms, together with any requisite authorization documents, must reach the Company’s H-share registrar—Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong—no later than 2:30 p.m. on Monday, 19 October 2026.

Shareholders may vote “For,” “Against,” or “Abstain” on each resolution; unmarked or unclear votes will be recorded as abstentions. Joint shareholders may vote in person or via proxy, with precedence given to the first-named holder on the register. Completing and returning the proxy form does not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting at the EGM in person.
