CNNC INT'L (02302) has announced a change in its board composition.
Mr. Wu Ge, who previously served as a non-executive director, has been transferred to the role of executive director with effect from August 6, 2026.
In connection with this appointment, he will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee.
