FE HORIZON Grants 34.52 Million Share Options, Accounting for 0.71% of Issued Share Capital

Far East Horizon Limited (FE HORIZON) approved the issuance of up to 34.52 million share options on 14 August 2026 under its Share Option Scheme adopted on 5 June 2024. The grant represents approximately 0.71% of the company’s total shares in issue.

Each option carries an exercise price of HK$7.005, matching the closing price on the grant date and exceeding the five-day average closing price of HK$6.695. The options have a life of 10 years.

Allocation details • Executive management: 9.36 million options were awarded to three executive directors—Chairman & CEO Kong Fanxing (4.82 million), CFO Wang Mingzhe (2.27 million) and Senior Vice President Cao Jian (2.27 million). • Employees: 25.16 million options were distributed to 89 eligible staff members.

Vesting schedule One-third of the options vest on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date.

Performance and clawback mechanisms Vesting is contingent on individual and corporate performance metrics set by the Board or its Administration Committee. Options that are unvested may lapse under specified circumstances, including termination for cause, unsatisfactory appraisal results or legal/regulatory infractions.

Scheme capacity The Share Option Scheme permits up to 172.77 million options (4% of issued share capital). Following this grant, 69.21 million options remain available for future awards.
