Stock News12-11

BOE VARITRONIX (00710) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company entered into a Master Product Processing Agreement with BOE Vietnam. Under this agreement, the group may engage BOE Vietnam on a non-exclusive basis to provide manufacturing services for TFT/TP modules and other products from December 11, 2025, to December 31, 2027 (inclusive).

The company's strategy focuses on enhancing global sales by improving local presence, product diversification, quality, market responsiveness, and cost competitiveness. It is also exploring the necessity of establishing overseas production capacity to meet diverse customer demands regarding cost, origin, and/or quality requirements. These overseas capital expenditures will be phased in, with the goal of adjusting capacity based on order volumes.

As BOE Vietnam has readily available production capacity in Vietnam, the company can leverage this overseas capacity to enhance competitiveness when procuring BOE Vietnam's processing services. BOE, a leading provider of semiconductor display technologies, products, and services, brings extensive experience, including expertise in AI and IoT, along with over 90,000 patents.

As a well-known market leader with a streamlined supply chain and a strong R&D team, BOE is positioned to provide professional services to support the group's development plans and capitalize on these business opportunities. The Master Product Processing Agreement allows the group to mitigate risks associated with establishing production facilities in unfamiliar regions while efficiently utilizing its assets.
