CIRC Subsidiary CNGT Secures Technical Service Contract for Thailand’s Neutron Dosimetry Lab

Bulletin Express05-08

China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (CIRC) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Chengdu Gaotong Isotope Co., Ltd. (CNGT) has signed a contract with Pondpol Analytical Co., Ltd. for the Secondary Standardized Neutron Dosimetry Laboratory Project in Thailand. China National Nuclear Corporation Overseas Ltd. (China National Nuclear), a fellow subsidiary of the controlling shareholder, will oversee project management and supervision.

Under the agreement, CNGT will supply all required products and related services, while China National Nuclear will focus solely on project oversight. Both parties will receive separate consideration for their respective responsibilities, and no joint liabilities arise under the arrangement. The transaction does not trigger disclosure requirements under Chapter 14 or Chapter 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The project encompasses calibration of neutron radiation dose-measuring instruments and related scientific research, forming a critical component of Thailand’s strategy to strengthen its nuclear-technology applications and national metrology system.

CIRC views the contract as a milestone that accelerates its international expansion, enhances its presence in Thailand, and lays groundwork for broader engagement across Southeast Asia.
