DELTON to Convene Board Meeting on 27 October 2026 for Nine-Month Q3 Results Review

Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. (DELTON) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The agenda includes consideration and approval of the company’s third-quarter results covering the nine months ended 30 September 2026, along with other routine business matters.

The notice, released on 14 October 2026, was signed by Chairman Mr. Xiao Hongxing. The current Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Xiao Hongxing, Ms. Zeng Hong and Mr. Peng Jinghui—one non-executive director, Ms. Liu Jinchan, and three independent non-executive directors: Ms. Chen Limei, Dr. Shi Ling and Ms. Zhang Jin.

Investors will gain insight into DELTON’s year-to-date operational and financial performance once the Board approves and publishes the third-quarter results following the scheduled meeting.
