The MOU outlines intended areas of cooperation, including joint research and development, integration of Trio AI’s platform into ABBY Pay’s infrastructure, pilot testing, and knowledge sharing. Both parties aim to leverage each other’s technological strengths and market presence to broaden service offerings and respond to evolving demands in the payments industry.

Yee Hop Holdings Limited primarily engages in foundation works, civil engineering, and premises revitalization. The latest announcement emphasizes that the MOU has not yet resulted in any legally binding agreement.
