GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (GCL NEWENERGY) has issued a notice dated 29 April 2026 inviting newly registered shareholders to choose how they wish to receive all future corporate communications, in compliance with Rules 2.07A and 2.07B of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Bye-Laws.
Four delivery options are offered: 1) access via the company website only; 2) printed English version by mail; 3) printed Chinese version by mail; 4) both printed English and Chinese versions by mail.
To encourage paper reduction and cost savings, management recommends the website-only option. Shareholders must mark their preference on the enclosed reply form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, no later than 29 May 2026. If no response is received by that date, consent to the website-only arrangement will be presumed, and a notification of each posting will be provided instead of physical documents.
The choice of language or delivery method can be altered at any time with at least five clear business days’ written notice to the registrar or via email (451-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request should shareholders experience difficulty accessing the electronic versions.
The company also announced that its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 is now available in electronic form on both the corporate website (www.gclnewenergy.com) under “Social Responsibility” and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).
