EC Healthcare Sets 21 Aug 2026 AGM; To Vote on FY26 Accounts, Board Re-elections and Fresh Share Mandates

EC Healthcare will convene its annual general meeting on 21 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at 20/F, FWD Tower, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions to be put to shareholder vote are:

1. Financial Statements • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and independent auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 March 2026.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of Executive Director Tang Chi Fai. • Re-election of Independent Non-executive Directors Ma Ching Nam and Look Andrew. • Authorisation for the board to fix directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Appointment • Re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company’s external auditor and authorisation for the board to determine its remuneration.

4. Share Capital Mandates • General mandate permitting the board to issue, allot or deal with additional shares—up to 20% of the issued share capital, excluding treasury shares. • Mandate to repurchase shares up to 10% of the issued share capital, excluding treasury shares. • Extension of the issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the above authority.

Proxy forms, with voting instructions for each resolution, must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Attendance in person will supersede any previously lodged proxy.
