Frequency Precision Laser's IPO Application Accepted by SSE, Plans to Raise 1.41 Billion Yuan with China Securities as Sponsor

On December 8, 2025, Shanghai Frequency Precision Laser Technology Co., Ltd.'s IPO application was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The company plans to raise 1.41 billion yuan, with China Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the sponsor, Zhejiang T&C Law Firm as the legal counsel, and Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the auditing firm.

Frequency Precision Laser specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of precision laser devices. The company primarily serves the quantum technology sector (including quantum computing and quantum precision measurement), the semiconductor industry (such as wafer manufacturing, wafer inspection, and wafer stealth dicing), as well as cutting-edge scientific research fields like laser interference lithography and laser remote sensing. It has developed a novel precision laser technology approach, launching laser products with precise control over wavelength, linewidth, noise, power, and pulse characteristics, supporting the localization of China's quantum technology and semiconductor supply chains.

During the reporting period (2022 to the first half of 2025), Frequency Precision Laser reported revenues of 80.4291 million yuan, 148 million yuan, 292 million yuan, and 180 million yuan, respectively. Net profits stood at 33.9629 million yuan, 60.4636 million yuan, 116 million yuan, and 70.9063 million yuan, respectively.

The company's revenue breakdown by product/service, gross margin performance, top five customers, and competitive landscape compared with industry peers were also disclosed.
